MSLA printing utilizes high end UV curable resins to produce intricate, high definition, mechanically excellent parts for your specific use case. Parts manufactured using MSLA technology boast an excellent surface finish with a layer thickness of 50µm (0.05mm), as well as being fully watertight.

Accuracy
Parts are printed with an exceptionally smooth surface finish using a 46 µm pixel size and tuned anti-aliasing for sub-pixel resolution. Parts hold a ±0.15% XY dimensional tolerance, ensuring a perfect fit every time.

Laser Cutting/Engraving
SLA printing is achieved similarly to our MSLA printing with UV curable resin. However, SLA is not capable of specialized materials or production speed & accuracy. Generally SLA printing is a consumer product manufacturing solution. Ideal for non-functional organic structures, desktop miniatures, and cost effective prototyping.
Laser cutting & engraving with a 10W diode laser. Capable of flat, curved surface, and rotary engraving as well as flat sheet cutting. Best suited for template/jig making, customization of consumer products, and branding.
Versatile solution tailored toward rapid prototyping and mid-low volume production of parts ranging from general consumer products, to high level engineering applications. Quality for typical applications is 0.2mm/layer, higher resolutions can be achieved if necessary.
